5 Books to Read Before the Upcoming Elections

Nigerians will go to the elections in less than 10 days to choose a new president to succeed Muhammadu Buhari.

In his book Against the Run of Play, Olusegun Adeniyi describes how the Nigerian government’s incumbent was overthrown. The book, which was released in 2017, takes the reader into the Nigerian political arena and provides a first-hand account of everything you didn’t know about the government of former President Goodluck Jonathan. Because the Nigerian political landscape is filled with intrigue, this political memoir and its viewpoint allow the reader to make judgments about the protagonists and antagonists of the story.

Nevertheless, it is an excellent read that provides a detailed and insightful perspective on how a sitting President in Nigeria lost an election.
